

I am a Sales Manager with over 7 years experience in the automotive industry working with a varied clientele through roles in volume branding and luxury branding. In my more recent roles I have developed my ability to work well with other departments and colleagues to achieve a common goal. I have also developed my organisational and prioritisation skills whilst in these roles. This has become incredibly useful when building relationships with clientele and colleagues to ensure that all needs and expectations are met.
I am an incredibly driven individual who strives to achieve what I set my mind to. Whilst achieving my own goals and targets is important to me I will always maintain a focus on the company's targets and objectives. I thrive under pressure and enjoy working in pressured situations. I pride myself on being able to quickly and effectively pick up new skills and knowledge in a subject that I am not familiar with. Main Achievement:
I took on my current role with the performance of the site at a sub optimal level having arrived behind budget in a loss for the last two years. With my guidance and input we finished Quarter 1 2026 with a record breaking result netting over £265,000 profit. We are projecting to net just over £800,000 profit for 2026.

When I joined the team at Porsche Centre Leeds they were performing very well in most areas. I spotted a small gap in the F&I area of upsell and implemented a change in process which resulted in an increase of profit of £60,000 for 3 quarters of 2024.
