I am a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Year 11 student looking for a part-time role in a café where I can develop my skills and gain valuable work experience. Through school, I have developed teamwork and communication skills by taking part in group projects, school events, and supporting younger pupils during sports activities. I have also represented my school at different events, which has helped to build my confidence and sense of responsibility.
For my work experience I worked as part of a gardening team, helping with a range of outdoor maintenance tasks. I gained practical experience in garden maintenance, including planting, weeding, and general upkeep, as well as assisting with landscaping projects such as laying patios and building sleeper beds. Through this work I developed teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills while working safely and following instructions.
Helped on a busy market stall during the RHS Malvern spring festival, where I served customers in a friendly and polite manner whilst also ensuring the stall remained well stocked throughout the day. Worked as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, developing communication, customer service, and organisational skills while helping to keep the stall clean, tidy, and welcoming.
