I am currently responsible for providing cross-functional support to six business division. The divisions deliver both soft and hard facility management services related disabled adaptions supporting multiple local authorities across the UK to improve the accessibility and living standard for the residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance & KPI Management - Monitoring, report on and drive performance against SLA's and KPI's; implement corrective actions where targets are not met.
  • Planned & Reactive Maintenance - Coordinating both reactive and planned preventive maintenance to minimising disruption.
  • Heath & Safety Compliance - Working in partnership with the health and safety director to produce a construction phase plan for each active site, ensuring all personnel - both subcontractors and internal teams receive a full health and safety induction prior to work commencing to minimise accidents or near misses.
  • Purchase Orders - Utilising internal systems to generate and track purchase orders for contractors, suppliers, and service providers ensuring accurate cost allocation.
  • Contractor Onboarding - Managing new contractor onboarding via a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire process, to ensure all required insurances, health and safety, and industry accreditations to ensure full compliance before approving site access.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Training - Ensuring all members of onsite staff are actively trained and accredited in understanding hazards such as: HAVS, Noise Exposure, Working at Height, Manual Handling, Electrical Hazards, Visibility, Fire Risk and PPE compliance.
  • Weekly Progress - Conduct regular meeting with local authority stakeholders to review job progress, monitor SLA compliance, resident satisfaction and maintain clear communication on active projects.
  • Business & Divisional Communication - Acting as a main point of contact for resolving customers concerns and complaints, using effective communication to maintain trust and positive client relationships.
