Started off at Victory as a end of line snagger and after a few months worked my way into floating on the line.

Floating required me to fill in when other employees were absent for the day, this allowed me to learn new skills and jobs throughout the production line to progress my skills even further.

After floating for an additional few months, I was moved outside to be in charge of PDI.

The PDI role was to ensure all the static homes that left the line was thoroughly checked for damages. If any damages we're found, It was my role to make sure all repairs would be completed to a high quality standard in a reasonable time frame.

At Delta I was end of the line snagger. Make sure the customers static home is quality assured before leaving the production line.
