• I have been back in hairdressing for four years now, I completed my level 2 hairdressing with the Learning Curve Group/ Headmasters 2022 to 2024 and my level 3 hairdressing with Oliver Stephan Salon/ Kleek Academy 2024 to 2026. I also completed my hair extensions course with Belle Academy in June 2026.
• I studied Level 2 and 3 African Caribbean Hairdressing at Hammersmith College from 2011 to 2013. I also took a short course on professional wig making in 2015 at Westminster Adult Education Service (WAES). I have also completed a VTCT level 2 apprenticeship in professional hairdressing. All of which taught me theory and practical skills as well as the knowledge that I would need for the hairdressing sector. I am a professional potential new employee and an asset with years of experience in doing black hair both at home and at the salon. However, I have also had experience with other hair types and everything new can be taught. All my jobs combined have one main thing in common which is providing great customer care and anticipating guest needs.
• Having researched your company; I am particularly interested in your company, because:
• - I would love a chance to continue my career in hairdressing.
• - I would love to work with textures hair, that is my first love.
• - Continue to learn good customer service skills and communication by working with different people every day.

• - Training with Hammersmith College, WAES & The LGC Camden, as well as a private sewing machine course to learn how to make a wig on a sewing machine.
• - I have also learned a lot from years on Youtube from professionals such as s=Salon Education.
• - I have essential I.T., English, and Maths skills.
• - Level 2 Counselling and Listening Skills.
• - I continue to practice my hairdressing skills weekly even when not in a salon.
