Summary

I have experience in the cycle trade and have done since I was 16 when I initially started working in a cycle shop in Cambridge, I have therefore got a strong knowledge of the various bikes in Cambridge and the needs of the customer which would support me in the role of Assistant Manager as I would understand the needs of the customer base, whilst supporting the staff from the stance of having worked in Rutland Cycling alongside the Giant Store since 2019. My main work experience is formed from working in areas where I have been customer based and therefore have built up a strong skill set to work with customers on the phones and in person which I feel would be a good transferable skill set to then managing staff, as well as having owned my own business where I supported a silent business partner with the daily managing of the company and stock requirements.

Prior to this I really enjoyed being a carer, I found it very rewarding and knowing that I made things a little better for my clients was very satisfying.

I have no issue with working within the justice system, I understand fully that people held within it have or are about to be judged, so it is not place to do this, after all, they are still human beings, and need to be treated like so.
