• I was employed with Shortwood Primary School as a TA for just over three years, predominantly working with years 4 and 5. Since obtaining my HLTA status qualification in 2018, I gained experience covering classes across all year groups from Nursery through to year 6.
• For the 2019/20 academic year and up until the pandemic (due to COVID 19), I covered years 1, 3 and 4 each week to allow the teachers time for PPA. The lessons I covered were R.E, PHSE, Art, Geography & Science.

• Responsible for Managing the procurement activities for the Turbogenerators local unit in Switzerland.
• Manage critical sourcing situations, which require facilitation between factory, commodity management, product qualification and product owner.
• Drive cost reduction programs in cooperation with commodity managers and factory procurement. Identify and manage sourcing needs in cooperation with R&D project leaders & program managers.
• Maintain vendor lists. Ensure timely and accurate KPI reporting. Drive improvement and efficiency of procurement processes. Identify risks and mitigation plans for procurement of unit.

• Responsible for balancing manufacturing load over all TPMR factories throughout the world for steam turbines and generators.
• Monthly assessment to ensuring data accuracy of monthly Global Project Forecast (GPF), which is production-planning tool, used in which all Alstom factories base their production.
• Monitoring OTMS information from sales organisation and addressing inconsistencies in order to improve information accuracy for the production of the GPF.
• Responsible for production and distribution of the monthly generator and gas turbine slot lists, which are based upon the Alstom Global Project Forecast (GPF) to identify capacity status.
• Close working with activities and factories to ensure the optimisation of manufacturing scope and help determine capacity and capability constraints within all Alstom factories.
• Responsible for all capacity checks performed within all Alstom factories as required by activities for all generators and steam turbines.
• Responsible for and ensuring the ‘freeze process’ for steam turbines and generators is adhered to. This process secures manufacturing slots during sales and tendering.
• Lead contact / chair for monthly generator activity meeting & steam turbine activity meeting. First point of contact and responsible for all Thermal Service capacity, capability and allocation issues.
• Departmental representative in all screening meetings with Generator & Steam Turbines/Retrofit activities.

• Logistically managed the Falcon 7X and PDOS 777 aircraft programs.
• Provided monthly and yearly sales forecasts for programs. Provided support to both customers and suppliers in the UK and overseas.
• Worked closely with program managers, lead engineers and quality engineers to coordinate all supplier concerns, quality issues and customer concerns.
• Co-ordinated the efficient turnaround of all original equipment returns and rework. Provided logistics support to module teams as their single point of contact.
• Liaised with both machine shop and stores to ensure timely supply of parts to the team.
• Optimised the use of stocks by controlling stock levels. Managed Kanban levels and Cincom planning parameters to ensure parts are ordered on time. Supported supply chain improvement activities for assigned teams, including level scheduling, forecast consumption rates, and contribution to site wide best practice.

• Successfully implemented the product introduction of the Falcon 7X aircraft programme from sourcing the parts to the transition of the programme into operations and full production. Implemented direct line feed on all parts required.

• Responsible for the scheduling using MFG Pro of around 40 suppliers providing all assembled parts for Jaguar, Aston Martin, Rover and Honda Bumpers.
• Responsible for the on-time supply and expedition of manufactured parts at a minimum cost by monitoring demand, requirements and stock levels.
• Management of engineering changes in order to minimise product obsolescence.
• Liaison with SQA and Engineering to keep track of quality Issues and PSW dates in order to correctly schedule new engineering level parts.
• Involved in reducing supplier base and introducing consignment stocks where possible.

• Performing process audits on all pressing, robotic and welding facilities.
• Responsible for the update and conversion of all present process documentation i.e. operating instructions, control plans, care points, operator control charts and parameter sheets into a new standard Data Pack format. Involvement on 8D issues, process quality concerns and engineering changes.

• Responsible for the design and development of standard operating procedures for low-pressure extrusion moulds, injection moulding, uppers spray and cover, armrests, sewing and all stages of assembly and inspection processes.
• Involved in the running of mass production trials, performing quality process audits, process mapping, logistics, material handling, health and safety risk assessments and co-ordinating the training across all Toyota lines.
• Monitoring and assessing operator’s capabilities and ensuring their understanding of working to SOP’s, control plans, PFMEA’s, quality standards and hitting Takt time when running a process.
• Set-up and managed Toyota training program and engineering change procedures and co-ordinated training for all new and existing operators working closely with shift managers, team leaders, cell leaders, quality engineers, health and safety and senior managers.

• Responsible for the complete design and development of work instructions and training reference manuals for all cable manufacturing machines to improve efficiency and increase production by reducing down time. Furthermore, ensuring all procedures satisfied ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
• Introduction of training program to certify all operators, thereby saving £70,000. Instrumental in continuous improvement (Kaizen) and 5S activities.
