I have gained a lot of experience in many different ways of work during my time at Aspect. These include working on council and private properties in places such as; Great Yarmouth, Kings Lynn and Stansted. The work i carry out ranges from Leak Inspections to Rebuilding Gable Walls and insulating in lofts in tight confined spaces such as at the eves.
I also have to communicate with a whole range of people including Supervisors, Council Workers, Council Residence, Elderly people, Privately owned Residence, Accounts team etc.
Some of the many roles i had to carry out are as follows- The preparing and mixing of concretes, mortars and screeds. Laying and cutting of bricks and blocks. Communicating with customers and suppliers. Setting out of buildings and walls by following plans and working drawings.
I completed the Norfolk Marathon 2025 in Cromer in support of the Norfolk bases charity Shelter. This charity is in place to prevent people becoming homeless and is a charity close to my heart for two reasons. The first reason is it is Norfolk bases and therefore helps my community. The second reason being i believe anybody is one wrong decision or bad life event away from potentially becoming homeless.
