I have worked in both retail and healthcare settings which has enhanced my skills in regards of speaking to patients/ customers in the most appropriate manor. I have been able to adapt myself to certain situations and environments based off of who it is I am speaking with in order to maintain customer satisfaction. Additionally, my experience and knowledge of administrative tasks is quite vast, seeing as my previous job roles required all staff to be well informed of admin roles. These same admin roles also included a lot of phone call conversations meaning I am confident with speaking to customers over the phone and trying to find a way to satisfy them with minimal issues.
During the times at previous jobs, I have always seemed to have picked things up quite fast- so I have been told- making me a good candidate for this job role. As stated on my skills, I believe myself to be quite good with both independent work and working in a team setting, making adapting to a new workplace environment fairly easy.
As far as my levels of education go, I stopped at GCSE level after trying sixth form for a year and finding out it wasn't for me. However, during my time there, I remained top of my health and social care class, passing all of my exams with top marks and ensuring I met all deadlines well before their due date.
