Through continuous exposure to high pressure environments I can effectively prioritize my time to work within tight deadlines, ensuring I stay calm and use my initiative to resolve complex queries. My strengths include a strong can do attitude with a mentality of taking full accountability for my work. Throughout my time in employment I have developed a strong level of expertise in systems including MVS Mainframe, AS400, UNIX, Windows , Unisys and SOC related tools. I have worked in the IT field pretty much all my working career but now in a position to explore new avenues and put my skill set to use in these.
