As a market of home delivery on one hour i was responsible for a team of operatives who would pick and pack orders from a semi automated warehouse , and deliver via a third party to a customer base in West London.

Leading a team of 30 staff , building aircraft meal trays for various airlines . Following all hygiene and airline security requirements.

Managing a team of 45 drivers and 18 home delivery vans on a 3 shift basis , ensuring all driving and food hygiene standards are met. Challenging poor performance and driving discrepancies.
