Barista knowledgeable in all aspects of coffee shop operations including impeccable customer service, staff management, supply ordering and creating a warm, welcoming environment.

My role in Costa Coffee as a skilled barista included a multitude of skills such as developing communication skills to deal with a wide range of customers on a daily basis in a wide range of situations. This is in addition to my typical responsibilities such as money handling, promotion and creating fresh coffee.

I worked in the sales department at brean theme park which is a popular attraction for tourists. Consequently, my job often involves dealing with both positive feedback and complaints about the park, as well as my usual sales duties dealing with handling money, selling our wristband and answering queries.

In the summer of 2023, I had the opportunity to do photography for The Wombats at one of their shows in the Art Centre in Liverpool. Whilst working this event, I gained a professional outlook on how the event photographers operate.
