• Registered in 2015 and up until June 2020, I have lived in the South where I worked in many nursing homes as permanent staff and as agency staff and as well in neuro-rehabilitation hospital.

Within this period i have looked after service users with high nursing needs: grade IV pressure sores on sacrum where had to use Negative Pressure Wound Therapy, looked after service users with PEG, RIG, Brain Injury, Spinal Injury, and service users with Tracheostomy.

• In June 2020 have moved to Preston and since have worked:

Since moving to Preston, I have worked at Hulton House where i have worked as Unit Manager on Sharrow Bay Unit which was dementia and nursing unit. At Hulton House have looked after service users with normal nursing needs (medication administration, insulin administration, subcutaneous injections, end of life care and medication administration, administration of controlled drugs). The reason i have left was that i have been promised some things which have not been offered after 6 months so decided to leave.

In March 2021 have joined Ribble Court where i enjoyed working, there i have looked after service users with nursing and complex care needs. Reason i left Ribble Court is because i have started my own limited company and decided to work as agency nurse.

Since 09.2021 - Present been working as agency nurse with my own limited company Astoria Care Ltd.

With Astoria Care i have worked in many nursing homes across Lancashire and Complex Care Homes.

At Astoria Care, i have qualified as a Complex Care Trainer where I am teaching staff how to look after service users with:

1. Respiratory Care inc.: Tracheostomy Care, NIV Safe Use -Cpap/Bipap, Suctioning Practice, Oxygen
Administration, Nebuliser Administration
2. Enteral Nutrition inc.: Enteral Tube Care and Safe Use, Nasogastric Tube Safe Use (not including
insertion), Feeding Pump Safe Use
3. Bowels and Bladder inc.: Catheter Care (not including catheterisation), Stoma Care
4. Complex Care inc.: ABI and Spinal Injury Care including AD, Epilepsy, Buccal Midazolam and VNS.

Completed Level 3 Award in Education and Training

Currently enrolled on Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care.
