
I am a technician who is committed to carrying out high quality work and pushing myself to be as good as i possibly can. I am eager to take on any training that is given to me to improve my skills. I am a reliable and consistent hard worker who is not afraid of any challenging jobs as they will only improve my skills. My independence and skills that i have developed in my short time as a technician shows my desire to be the best technician i can be as its always been an aspiration of mine to become a master technician.
- My main role in the workshop was taking on the more advanced diagnostic jobs that would require attention to detail to resolve. I would also carry out various fitting jobs from internal engine component replacement to a set of discs and pads. I would also carry out routine 6 week servicing to comply with DVSA Regulations
- Another role i took on was becoming a DAFaid Technician which was the 24hr breakdown service over a period of 2 weeks. This also came with the responsibility of maintaining a company van and interacting with customers to build strong relationships.
- I am a hard working individual which is shown through my role in the breakdown service as the working day could go as long as 16 hours
- I have good attention to detail which was consistently shown through the quality of my work and my ability to notice the small details which could contribute to a quicker and more accurate diagnosis
- I am an organised individual, this is also shown through the quality of my work and also the tidiness of my work I see organisation as a critical part of carrying out high quality work
- I have a good understanding of modern systems and how they operate, This has been helped by training i have received
- Experience with advanced diagnostic tools such as dealer level diagnostic tools and Picoscope (oscilloscope)
- I am versatile as i have worked on many different types of systems I have worked on cars, trucks, trailers and coaches
