We humans, like every other species on this planet, have the ability to self-regulate (Homeostasis), but because we are perhaps the only ones with free will, we end up limiting ourselves due to a lack of information, which leads us to make some wrong decisions.
Today we know that we can turn to some natural medicines, which have always been with us and made us survive and evolve as a species.
I believe it is a crime against Humanity, to let so many people suffer, where some end up giving up this beautiful life because they don't have access to this type of medicine (due to lack of knowledge); leading them to a unique suffering and without finding solutions and those who can understand what they are suffering.
Compassion, and knowing how to listen to the suffering of others, is what we need more and more in this period of our existence.
It's very easy for those who aren't suffering to say: Get up, you have to have the strength to get out of there.
But no one wants that to happen more than those who are suffering.
They end up not even understanding themselves, seeing the suffering they are also causing to those they love the most, because of their suffering....., sadly making them decide to put an end to their suffering in order to also (they think) put an end to the suffering of those they love.
I call this suffering "The Silent Scream that Shakes Our Minds".
If therapists could understand that all this is so easy to resolve.
People have produced stress for long periods of time, causing long periods of cortisol and adrenaline to lead to chronic stress and total burnout. The body cannot repair if we are in "Fight or Flight Mode".
People are already very debilitated, and what they need are not opioids, or other type of synthetic drugs, that will send them into a hamster wheel; they need tonics to invigorate and nourish them, as well as other natural medicine to help them calm down and find solutions where there don't seem to be any.
I've seen incredible cases of recovery, in days, weeks or a month or two.
Everything is easy and quick when you know the human body and the needs of each individual.
Each story is unique, so we have to get to know the person in order to help them.
As the father of modern medicine, Hippocrates, said:
"It is better to know the person who has the illness than the illness that the person has."
I began my studies in holistic therapies with shiatsu and reiki.
I went on to develop my knowledge in the holistic field, beginning my studies at the CNM in London; where I studied Biomedicine, Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine.
After my first year of studies at the CNM, I took a sabbatical to learn with one of my mentors, Dr Xandria Williams (PhD).
With Dr Williams, I did Levels 1/2/3 of the Advanced Cancer Care postgraduate course.
After returning to the CNM, I continued to work with Dr Williams for another four years, where I learned a lot about nutrition and how to deal with patients with tumours and any kind of health condition.
Também fiz a formação de Resilo, onde sou terapeuta com os 2 níveis.
Throughout my career, I've always wanted to connect with the more holistic and energetic part that we all have, and I ended up taking several HEARTMATH courses, one in the UK, and four with the HEARTMATH INSTITUTE from California/USA.
With the knowledge I gained over time, I plunged into the fantastic world of Mycelium and it was like falling in love at first sight. It's incredible what we can learn from these beings, the oldest on Planet Earth, and how we can help so many people.
These beings have their own way of helping us, and if we create a safe environment and approach them with respect and trust, surrendering to their teachings, we can learn so much and reverse so many health conditions that affect humanity in general (our Western world needs something to transform us, and I see in these beings the ability to help us on our journey through life).
I believe in a world where we can learn to live in love again.
A world where we can learn to respect differences rather than trying to be the same.
The world is so much more beautiful with all the differences between us; they add colour to our lives.
We need more compassion.
Less competitiveness.
A world where we can follow our hearts more and believe that we are capable.
We all came to this planet with a purpose to fulfil, and that purpose is in our hearts, the place where we can be happy and learn to make others happier too.
There are people who are plagued by mental and physical conditions, and it is a crime not to allow access to Medicine and the simplicity of Nature, because if we know how to have compassion in our hearts, it will be possible to bring this type of help to those most in need.
