  • Surveying, snagging and managing a portfolio of Keepmoat homes on a live site in Gedling Nottingham. this site consisted of houses starting from £500,000, with the site consisting of 4000 houses with 200 partners.
  • Home visits doing specialized Damp and Mould building surveys for Ministry of Defense AMEY contract.
  • Drawing up JCT contracts between clients and contractors.
  • Writing up Schedules of Works, damp and mould reports and measured survey reports to high standards.
  • Hosting meetings and meeting clients to discuss their projects.
  • CAD drawings and designs of public and private projects.
  • Public works being Leicester University and Private being MHA and IOSH.
