I am an accomplished Teaching Assistant with eight years of experience in Junior and Infant education. I have a strong work ethic and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment. I currently work across two Classes in year 1 supporting both teachers, frequently covering lessons whilst they are in meetings or have training. I have daily reading and phonics groups from year 1 and 2, we follow the 'Little Wandle' programme along with preparing children for the phonics screening test and assessing their learning. I have experience working with children from early years to year 6 including working one to one with SEN children, working closely with the SENCO to enable children to achieve their full potential. I particularly enjoy the pastoral side of working with children, and I believe that I am a great team player and show flexibility within the teams which I work.
