Personal Summary

I have recently returned back to Wales after living in New Zealand for the past 6 years. My husband and I decided it was time to come back and be with our ever growing (grandchildren), and ageing family.

My time working in New Zealand was spent managing teams in both a restaurant and cafe (coffee shop) setting. I love interacting with customers and feel this is one of my strong areas.
