As the most experienced Squad member and one of the oldest member was asked to accompany the squad to North Wales for their annual climbing week.
Supported the main Lead Coach Climbers by taking on responsibility for leading small groups of climbers through tricky terrain in the mountains and keeping them entertained by providing them with activity's to do. I also provided help to the lead coaches when needed whether that be helping the younger children up tricky scrambling points in the mountains or supporting them up crags and helping them tie in and check equipment. as well as this I helped with the clearing of anchors and the top of routes to allow my coaches to tend to the group.

work experience setup by my a-level sports course where I had first had experience on what it is like to be a outdoor educator/ instructor
I experienced the importance of teaching children and allowing them to learn. I also saw how it effected the children through activities and how they have the chance to shine and really build there confidence.
I made the effort to Encouraged active participation from all students during sessions boosting overall group involvement.
I also had the opportunity to teach some of the groups activities to the children and help out when I could as I new some off the techniques they use for instructing from my sports course as well as this I proved very helpful as I can help with the tying of knots for for the children during the climbing sessions as I have had years of previous experience doing so. as well as this I also aided in the Assist of struggling students individually to improve their understanding of activities and skills to aid in there learning.

I helped in the support and assistance of coaches to provide safe and fun activity's for toddlers and there parents in group climbing classes I also worked with the elderly and help provide safe environment for there participation in climbing. I also provided assistance in kids parties

I worked at a primary school for 7 weeks as a volunteer pe coach for my a level sports coarse
I worked with these children for 7 weeks in a row and taught them all the basic skills of physical education like coordination, balance and agility and I catered my activities to suite there skills and ability level I helped encourage the children to support one another and work as a team to complete challenges I put in-fount of them.
I loved this whole process and experience as it allowed me to understand and know how important it was to educate children on physical education when they are young as it can influence them in many aspects, such as the social skills and development and help natural leaders come out as they work as teams
