· In this role I combine customers service skills with healthcare knowledge to create a seamless experience for customer.
· I assist customers with the claims process by helping them submit claims, tracking their progress, resolving issues, and ensuring payments are made accurately and on time.
· A large part of the role is about building trust with customers, so personalisation is key. This means listening to customers unique situations, remembering details of past interactions, and ensuring each customers feels valued

· Gathering, cleaning and organising customers documents from multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy when assessing claim eligibility. This foundation step allowed me to build reliable data and information that can be effectively analysed.
