I am hard working, reliable and self-motivated and can work as a supportive team worker as well as being able to work independently. I have a huge desire to progress in whatever job role I do and will work very hard to do so.
I was headhunted to run the bookings and design teams for the company. In the space of two years we went from 12 employees to 40, situated across London. I worked closely with the Directors to ensure staff retention and to make the department thrive as the company we worked with got larger.
I was able to implement my own structures and work closely with my Managing Director to ensure that we retained a successful relationship internally with the offices we work with and of course their clients who will be looking for the best customer service possible.
I have worked with expansion, recruiting to keep up with demand, as well as making sure that our retained employees are progressed and that their career in the company is our priority.
As the company grew there was the need for an overall Administration Manager which I was promoted to in 2011. Even though my work had doubled I was still able to stick to deadlines and prioritize my workload. I have assisted in every area of the business working closely with the Branch Managers and Directors.
Since joining Dexters in the summer of 2002 I have gone from assisting the senior administrator in our busiest office to taking on the office individually and improving the department by making the systems used by the managers and directors more efficient. I have developed several skills including using software such as excel, word and Photoshop and I can work in what can be a very pressured and stressful environment, I have great communication skills with not just my team but also clients.
