Liaising with the animation company Producer and Director on a daily basis. Managing budgets, overseeing scripts, script scheduling, production scheduling from the beginning to post production, design approvals, storyboards, animatics, animation tests etc. Responsible for making sure all CP, Live Events, Home Entertainment and Publishing related needs were met in relation to development and production. Implementing new working procedures. Supervising Producer for live action interstitials and Home Entertainment DVD distribution content. Role also involved travelling to Canada for production related meetings with the animation studio.
