• Responsible for the delivery of Bromfords regeneration programme
• Worked in conjunction with Asset , Localities and Strategic Property Planning to identify sites suitable for regeneration. Prepared Board reports requesting approval to regenerate after financily appraising the options for each site.
• Managed two project managers, three regeneration coordinators and a regeneration administrator to deliver the whole process - from customer consultation , customer rehousing , buy backs , obtain planning permission , pre and post contract development

• Managed The Bromford Partnership, comprising 11 housing associations, to secure funding from Homes England.
• Oversaw all contractual agreements, ensuring compliance and advantageous terms for partnership members.
• Acted as primary liaison with Homes England regarding housing delivery and grant expenditure.
• Monitored programme delivery of each housing association against contractual Homes England targets.
• Cultivated collaborative relationships among housing associations to enhance teamwork.
• Organised successful partner events to strengthen partnerships.

At West Mercia I held several roles including Head of New Business and Development Manager .I was responsible for the following at various times :-

• Served as lead contact for Homes England, managing programmes and formulating funding bids.
• Collaborated with Birmingham and Worcester City Councils on regeneration initiatives.
• Acquired land for development projects, ensuring strategic alignment with objectives.
• Oversaw design, planning, and construction phases of various development projects.
• Managed both large- and small-scale development initiatives from concept to completion.
• Acted as key liaison for local authorities to facilitate projects
• Developed comprehensive policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
