Summary

A driven professional with a strong foundation in problem-solving, leadership, and strategic planning. Demonstrates exceptional calm under pressure and excels in team building. Committed to achieving organisational goals through effective strategic planning and leadership.

The success and exemplary practices I have demonstrated setting up a new department have been shared with numerous schools within Stockport Local Authority and it has been my professional honour to develop and lead the behaviour provision. I am now looking for a new challenge where I can use my knowledge, skills and experience to take on a new project working in recruitment.

As a Restorative Champion I recognised that relationships are pivotal for working with others. I am an empathetic listener, yet I also understand that a strong, resilient presence is required when setting and achieving goals.
