Personal skills.

Although my qualifications and background are not necessarily in this field as a Senior Technician I was also a line manager of several staff and have extensive experience in HR related duties, including annual appraisals, feedback and attendance management. I am highly organised and my language and spelling skills are excellent. I am very personable and find communicating with others easy. I am confident and a quick learner.

In this role I was one of the training leads, I found  that my approach to training produced excellent results and positive feedback.

Outside of work I am part of an amateur drama group. We put on a pantomime each year. I am the youth theatre director. This role includes teaching the young people to sing and dance. Organise and execute a rehearsal schedule. My favourite part of this role is growing the young peoples confidence and seeing them thrive.
