In my current role as Quality Director for facade restoration and refurbishment specialists, Restore London Ltd, the business has undergone significant growth. My role included the development of supply chain performance measurement systems and tools for use across over an asset retro-fit programme of over 1500 projects and 30 contractors. Woking within the programme team reporting directly to the client my role included:
