  • I was initially employed as a cashier, but was promoted to the above position. This position within itself held many responsibilities. The daily routine includes helping and communicating with customers to ensure great customer service. I was responsible for balancing, restocking the ATM's and the tills, and ordering the monies for the branch. I also undertook responsibility of the cashiers and on occasions was in charge of the branch.
  • Although a smaller branch than I was used too, it gave me the opportunity to learn a variety of specialist roles within the banking sector including mortgage processing, along side my daily tasks.
