• Leading a team of five to significantly exceed budget (by £200k) raising £630k in 2023, and on track to exceed budget in 2024.
• High value new partnerships secured with Z Zurich Foundation (£800k) and Vanish (£130k+)
• Mid-value partnerships secured with companies including Smurfit Kappa (£28k), LNER (£30k), Ellandi (£20k+)
• Marsh McLennan strategic partnership. This complex and high profile account has raised £734k to date. Led process to successfully secure a one year extension secured worth £250K.

• Successful creation of voluntary funding income stream, raising £400k over the period from local and national organisations, including the Rayne Foundation and Belron Group (parent company of Autoglass).

• Corporate partnerships strategy development
• Management of two special events: 11 Downing Street Reception and Supporter Celebration Conference
• GDPR implementation project management

• Centenary Project Manager: Overseeing RNID’s centenary strategy and activities, including a launch reception at Buckingham Palace and centenary conference.
• Specsavers Lead: Managing complex corporate partnership with high risk to the organisation.
• Co-operative Charity of the year, Senior Manager: Managing award winning partnership, team of six and securing £3.7m.

• Developing corporate partnerships portfolio from scratch for new national charity created by Dame Esther Rantzen
• Securing and managing corporate partnerships raising £750,000 by 2016/17
• Winning and managing new mid to high value partnerships with companies including JD Williams, BT, Saga, Ladbrokes and Churchill Retirement Living
• Co-creating a corporate volunteering package and securing partners including Yorkshire Building Society and Capita.

• Managing a team of six and an income target of £1 million
• Winning of new high-value partnerships including EDF Energy and Travis Perkins charity of the year
• Overseeing WorkRight employment programme and securing partnerships with Sainsbury's and Citibank.
