
I am a confident, reliable and friendly employee who has a huge amount of experience in providing excellent customer service and who thrives in a fast paced, challenging environment. I enjoy working as part of a team, and can be relied upon. Outside of work I have several interests including swimming, walking, literature, and I love being around family. As receptionist at Arri Rental Services I'm responsible for welcoming clients and visitors to the company, signing them in and creating a good first impression. I also operate a busy telephone switch board in which I have to direct calls to the appropriate person ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. Other duties include:
- Manage incoming post
- Receive deliveries from Amazon and other suppliers
- Liaise with crew support on a daily basis and maintain an accurate record of testing and when
- Booking meeting rooms
During my time at David Lloyd Leisure I was part of a team in a first class spa where I answered calls in a friendly and efficient manner, and welcomed clients ensuring their experience met expectations. Other duties included:
- Booking treatments for customers
- Promoting and selling ESPA products
- Administrative tasks such as stock taking, updating records, banking
- Attending training to gain knowledge of all products used on customers and sold within the spa
As main receptionist I was front of house and provided a friendly welcome to all members and visitors, and dealt with general enquiries efficiently. I was also responsible for answering telephone calls whilst monitoring the desk in a confident manner. Other duties included:
- Providing customers with information regarding memberships and services at the leisure centre
- Maintaining and updating customer records ensuring accuracy at all times
- Assisting with completion of paperwork in line with company procedures, formatting and typing letters
- Attending training sessions as and when required
I worked at Microsoft as a hospitality agent where I greeted all visitors upon their arrival and provided security passes. I was also responsible for booking and preparing meeting rooms, and ensuring refreshments were available at appropriate times. Delegates were checked in by myself and directed as required.
