Working predominantly in a high paced food service role, as a manager, has forced me to be very methodical,critical and organised about the work I execute, many responsibilities such as training new staff,managing staff and ensuring legal requirements and documentation are kept compliant hs shaped me into a responsible, trustworthy team player.
