Responsible for allocating NHS resource to deliver this plan including a Shared Service Recruitment function.


Responsibilities: Support the Recruitment Hub Lead in the smooth delivery of a Shared Service business model across three ICB's. The service includes: end-to-end recruitment ranging from admin & clerical roles, clinical positions to board level/executive appointments using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while providing recruitment support to each ICB during their Management Cost Reduction (MCR) programme. Responsible for the smooth running of the teams daily routines and line manager to staff. Clean execution of administrative tasks with strong leadership & collaboration skills.


Key achievements:

  • Streamlined recruitment processes with the implementation of Trac ATS whilst utilising other Microsoft software tools to produce clear, professional documentation and communications. Worked closing with the ICB customer to engage with their Recruiting Managers through well documented Communications.

Key Achievements:

  • Provided specialist advice on the recruitment process, starting salaries, terms and conditions, including more complex cases, for example, where pre-employment checks are unsatisfactory and advising on the withdrawal of offers for other reasons.
  • Delivery of timely, weekly and monthly KPI reports to the Recruitment & Retention Manager and internal/external customers and in addition the monthly completion of ESR (Electronic Staff Record) Data Reports plus WOVEN (Workforce Validation Engine) error reports.
