Building good client relationships for valuations and managing the workload in a timely manner.
With a competent understanding of the different valuations we offer, I can confidently speak with clients (be them private or solicitors) about the different valuations we offer and advise them on how best to proceed.
I have several email templates so can quickly answer queries and have set up a flag reminder system allowing me to track emails that still need replies (from myself and/or others).
Managing the workload in an organised manner, keeping the tracking document up-to-date and being able to quickly establish the resources required to complete the workload in a timely manner.
Main point of contact for solicitors and private clients for all formal valuations.
Able to adjust to the person and their needs to build a relationship and secure the work.
Maintaining the work flow document so as to know at what stage the valuations are at.
Maintaining catalogue subscriptions and running reports when required to see the client's spend to decide if they should receive complimentary catalogues.

Work Flow process implementation:
When I first joined the E-commerce team at Puma, the team were becoming increasingly frustrated by the lack of information they had with regards to product stock delivery, which resulted in them missing product launch deadlines on the website. As I had experience within Buying and Merchandising, I took on the project of improving the 'E-Com Product Launch' document so as to establish and provide data for all teams involved, improve workflow, work efficiency and to improve product launches. Both teams were judged on sales figures jointly and separately, therefore working together would help to achieve a better standing within the business.
Through reviewing the current documents and data already in place with the teams, I created a new 'E-Com Product Launch' excel document and workflow. The information within the document was mainly inputted using the excel formula 'VLOOKUP', so extracting and inputting information from existing documents and removing the double data entry that so many were finding frustrating. With 'Error' and 'IF' formulas dates that did not correspond, match the stated time frames and/or were incorrect would highlight in red. The final document and workflow was a success; it provided clear, organised information, transparency of workload and work completion between the teams, deadlines were met reducing missed launches and best of all improved relations between the teams.
