I would describe myself as someone who is versatile, friendly, ambitious and flexible and someone who loves learning. I’m creative, open minded and easygoing and enjoy working with others and try to use all these qualities in professional life.
After graduating University of Agricultural Science and Veterinary Medicine "Ion Ionescu de la Brad" Iasi, Romania with following qualification Technology of agricultural products processing / Engineer, started professional journey working for almost one year in an wine factory. I have gain experience and new skills doing wine processing engineering. This step of career pushed me forward into wanting more from personal development, and this took me to UK, in the job that I currently profess. Working for Eville&Jones is a great experience and opportunity to achieve goals. I have started as a Meat Hygiene Inspector within the company and kept adding new job roles since then.
Currently, I am leading a team of meat inspectors in North area of Uk. Also, I have obtain qualification for Health&Safety Champion, Certified Support Officer for Exports, Training new comers and accredited Practical Assessor for meat inspection.
