Centrii is a cybersecurity company for renewable energy infrastructures. I was invited by the CEO to join the business due to my experience in the renewable energy market. I am currently responsible for all the Talent Acquisition and HR/People Business Partnering activities. Although is a great opportunity and I appreciate the invite to join the business, unfortunately I don't feel this is right environment for me.

  • Recruiting for roles across the whole business: Software Engineers, Network Security Engineers, Sales, Compliance, Marketing, etc.
  • Currently implementing the HRIS and ATS (both with HiBob).
  • Revisiting all the company policies and aligning with the new Employment Rights Act.
  • Implementation of travel business platform (Perk), to facilitate the life of the engineers responsible to go on site deployments.
