A highly motivated and determined individual, experienced in directing large-scale projects for both internal and external stakeholders. Sharpened skills around controlling all stages of projects from inception through monitoring and closing, exceeding expectations of being on time and on budget. Previous successfully managed projects primarily involved the following Azure Migrations, O365/Exchange Migrations, ServiceNow and more. A keen learner, ambitious and incredibly process and standardisation driven.
At TCN I worked primarily under the Managed Services department as their Project Manager, undertaking their largest project to date: the development and deployment of ServiceNow for all internal teams and integrated customers. Alongside this I took on other large-scale projects with customers to rollout new hardware in offices across the UK, onboard new customers and more.
Some of my responsibilities and achievements:
• Company-wide projects involving migration of all workflows, active tickets, customer data, internal/external portals into latest version of ServiceNow (ITSM+) platform.
• Managing wide range of internal teams from Service Delivery, Service Desk, Professional Services Development, Marketing, Operations and more, to ensure resolution within time and budget.
• Configuration and installation of new network infrastructure (Switches, WAPs, Firewalls) in existing and new offices
• Managing significant investment of resource, time and finance to complete project work and facilitate future development and investment into modern IT that can grow and evolve with a business going forward.
• Hardware refresh of large Retirement Home Developments company requiring rollout of new hardware in all offices within the UK
• Delivering projects to a wide variety of customers serviced by the MSP as well as internal projects.
• Customer Onboarding + White Glove Application Packaging involving onboarding of a customer into internal systems and workflows, to be able to deliver white labelled application packaging service to large cosmetics organisation operating in the UK and Europe
Despite my job title, due to my character, approach and presentation, I was asked by the COO to regain control of the critical account relationships and bring issues to a close and thus close projects, which had overrun and were operating at cost to TMT.
Some of my responsibilities and achievements:
• Setting high standard of work from commencement of my employment and was asked to take on many historical “problem” projects that were not achieving deliverables and closure.
• Managing multiple projects at the same time, with a mixture of project size varying from a few days to a year in duration.
• Worked with project teams to define realistic scope, deadlines and budgets: ensuring these are followed and maintained throughout project duration.
