With a history rooted in the hospitality sector I have developed a genuine and passion led knowledge for the ups and downs of working in what can at times be a mentally and physically tough environment.
I've used this knowledge to its fullest when I made the change into recruitment, using real life experiences to create personal and empathetic relationships with clients and employees alike.
I have a strong ethos on treating people fairly and think mental health awareness in the modern workplace is just as important as making sure the tea and biscuits are topped up!
While at Verve People I have helped build internal structure for the whole company, I have been involved in integrating new accounts systems, internal communications systems, managing recruitment targets and compliance amongst many other things.
One of my proudest achievements while at Verve has been opening the London office for the company. Just over 6 months after opening the branch we now have a forecast £1.5M gross revenue for the year 2023. As well as this there is a core team that have developed over the course of the opening. Working alongside high profile clients such as Delaware North at Wembley Stadium, we have also begun to develop a strong brand presence in the south of England.
