After leaving the army due to an injury, I have enjoyed working with a complete change of scenery in a bar that has some similar elements such as a fast-paced environment, and I remain dedicated to helping others, using both experience as a combat medical technician and a receptionist. I am hardworking, with expert-level training and I am diligent about following orders and always ready to help others. I confront challenges with strategic mindset and I am a resilient communicator who acts quickly and reliably in fast-paced situations. I am passionate about delivering outstanding quality and service. I meet job demands and deadlines through diligent work-ethic and dedication to quality as previously proven. I am a problem-solver that uses superb decision making skills to de-escalate high pressure situations, such as an unhappy customer. I have experience conducting risk assessments to identify best course of action. I thoroughly enjoy working as a team whilst simultaneously using my own initiative.
At the moment I am loving working on the bar scene. I am passionate about providing excellent service to customers and watching them leave happy and satisfied with their experience. My favourite part about working in hospitality is engaging with a range of people and getting to know them and their preferences.
