I often generated Merchandise Action (MAR) Reports and actioned negative availability indications. This was a means to ensue that product line point of sales were being implemented appropriately to meet sales targets - while ensuring products are available in situ for customers. This also made sure bookstock quantities are accurate, ensuring a regular and persistent turnover of products in given forecasted period as requested through my management.
During my time at J Sainsburys superstores, I was aware of the constant need for further recruitment and training as seasonal peaks were ahead. Therefore I always took the initiative to inform my management of methods in which I could support the on-job training and development of new temporary or perminant contract staff.
Regularly supported customer service departments, handling various EPOS systems and retail technology to deliver great services and reliable delivery services with click & collect.
