• Overall leadership for the professional leadership, management, and promotion of the Sports Department in both Senior and Prep Schools

Led the PE department and managed the Sports College status of the school. This involved collaboration of other local secondary schools and partnership with the Youth Sports Trust as well as London Sport.

• Firstly to lead on girls sport and later Head of PE and then second in charge of Expressive Arts which also involved Drama, Music, PE and Art
• I worked with the Head of Expressive Arts and managed a very large team of staff.
• Coached students in diverse sporting disciplines, including swimming, water polo, cricket, badminton, basketball, football and athletics.
• Assessed and reported on students' physical education progress on a termly basis.
• Delivered engaging lessons encouraging physical activity and exercise, in line with curriculum demands.
• Improved positive behaviour in all students through motivational leadership and engagement techniques.
