I studied sixth form for two years after moving from Hong Kong two years ago.
Through my work at McDonald's, where I refined my abilities in hectic settings, I have built a solid foundation in teamwork and communication, improving customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. My capacity to interact with a wide range of clients has given me a distinct viewpoint on providing outstanding customer service.

I have worked as a private tutor, offering pupils specialised educational support in a variety of topics, in addition to my expertise in the food service industry. I've been able to develop excellent interpersonal skills and create a supportive learning atmosphere in this capacity, which has helped students reach their academic objectives. I have a strong desire to empower people and modify my teaching strategies to suit each student's needs.
I'm currently looking for new opportunities to use my abilities in a demanding position that encourages creative problem-solving and cultural diversity. I am excited to contribute to a dynamic team and continue my path in a novel and exciting atmosphere.
