• Extract, clean and combine data from CITO, PARIS, Meridian (IQVIA), MS Forms, MS Lists and Excel to produce analysis-ready datasets for reporting.
• Use SQL and advanced Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, structured formulas) to analyse referrals, assessments, waiting times, outcomes and capacity trends.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports supporting operational leads and commissioners.
• Build dashboards for ADHD assessments, medication waits and FFT, providing managers with KPI views of longest waits, caseload distribution and high-risk cohorts.
• Track key pathway elements including EWB forms, Conners scores, QB tests, school observations, MDT decisions and 17+ transitions.
• Validate and audit patient-level data across CITO, PARIS and Meridian, identifying missing data, coding errors and anomalies before submission.
• Ensure all reporting complies with GDPR, Caldicott Principles and NHS IG standards.
• Act as first point of contact for data queries, ensuring consistent and accurate interpretation of pathway and performance data.
• Design and maintain Excel ADHD Assessment Tracker with automated overdue alerts and risk flags, which has led to 40% reduction in reporting errors and faster MDT preparation.
• Develop and maintain ADHD medication waiting list tracker using Power Query with priority flags, supporting capacity planning and safe prescribing oversight.
• Lead on FFT reporting: extracting responses, validating entries, and producing dashboards showing trends, satisfaction levels and qualitative insights.

· Supported routine data reports and maintained ADHD Physical RAG-rating, Transition Plan, and EHCP request spreadsheets to assist pathway oversight and monitoring.

· Conducted waiting list audits and tracked referrals and assessments to ensure accurate and timely pathway monitoring across CAMHS services.

· Ensured accurate documentation, coding and pathway updates in CITO, including recording ADHD MDT discussion outcomes and keeping assessment progress up to date.

· Managed patient-level data entry (ORS scores, EPR updates, attendance records), ensuring completeness, accuracy and high data quality across clinical systems.
