Currently Manager of the Lifting Apprenticeships within City of Bristol College, i have been employed here for over 5 years and have risen to numerous challenges enabling me to grow and produce great results throughout my team.

Electrical Engineer with experience prior to becoming a college employee, in many fields of engineering. Versed in amplitude and frequency modulation techniques. Ambitious who continuously exceeds both company and personal goals. Expertise in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.

Reliable Electrical Engineer with expertise in many fields that I can offer to many companies, throughout my career I have been in many Electrical and Mechanical roles that I have seen to better me as an individual and they have given the knowledge that I can bring to my next role, always looking to better myself in any way even though I've been a very reliable employee over the years and only having 3 employers in the 20 years Since leaving school I aim to be hard working and committed to my position. Motivated with over 25 years of experience, recognised for assessing operational needs and developing solutions to save costs, improve revenues and drive customer satisfaction. Resourceful and well-organised with excellent leadership and team-building record. Working with City of Bristol College I have gained many new skills in delivering and employer engagement, working alone side and on a one to one basis. During my time with City of Bristol College I have worked and gained skills within Engineering with CPD.

I have been working with a development coach at COBC to gain experience with delivering a new apprenticeship in the Lifting Sector, and I have been on several lifting courses with LEEA, (Lifting Equipment Engineering Association) Foundation certificate, Lifting Accessories Course, and the Manual lifting machines, (FOU, LAC and MLM).
