Managed interport rail service operations and storage solutions, using terminal operating software. Evaluated customer import supply chain needs to develop quotations and managed trade association relationships. Played a key role in sustainability projects by determining cost differentials covered by existing import tariffs and reporting on their impact of these initiative to the senior management team. Engaged with numerous cargo owners and freight forwarders, including major industry names, to promote collaboration on our sustainability initiatives.

Supported document restoration operations through quality control, damage assessment, logistics coordination, and general warehouse tasks during a 5-month contract.

Worked on a strategic logistics project with Jonsson Workwear during my second Industrial Engineering Internship. This project involved relocating warehouse operations from Lesotho to a newly developed facility to drive lead time reduction. This involved transferring all picking processes, analysing warehouse workflows, and introducing tautliner vehicles to ensure alignment between fabric delivery volumes and Lesotho’s production consumption rates.

Completed a 2 month industrial engineering internship within a firm specialising in the manufacture of metal packaging products, gaining hands on experience across the full production line, analysing the supply chain, contributing layout and quality assurance insights, and recommending process improvements.
