From a young age I have always had a love for the gym and Sport, and it has been in my life for as long as I can remember. I worked in engineering while still being able to play rugby but when that finished, I was then able to pursue my passion in coaching and strength & conditioning. I have over 8 years’ of experience working in professional setups in coaching in various setups . I believe this has given me the skills I need to lead in the role and to get the best out of the athlete. I am a reliable person and will always go that extra mile in any role I take on. I am highly motivated and dedicated person with excellent inter – personal skills and able to communicate with people at any level and able to get the job done. I am Flexible within the role, and nothing is beneath or above me, I deal with all situations and issues with a pragmatic approach based on professional experience gained in a number of diverse areas. I am able to integrate well within a team using initiative when needed.
Within the role as a Lead strength & Conditioning coach in the Wales Celtic challenge Rugby team i work on improving the athletic ability of the athlete to reach their potential, this consists of the below.
