  • I was asked to look into why 3 SAS Contractors hired by HCL Ltd had failed a data exercise by the client.
  • After I had investigated and given my advice to the 3 contractors they all passed the data exercise and successfully completed the project. Thus my efforts saved HCL Ltd reputation and saved them the cost of hiring 3 more contractors.

  • Within the Strategy Ware team I was responsible for creating credit strategies that effectively balance volume, risk and profit, in addition to automating and streamlining of current operational procedures, for systems such as personal account opening and business account opening.
  • My first role with the department was within the Business Team, where I had the responsibility of monitoring existing business scorecards and the development of new credit and behavioural scoring methodologies to support business priorities using SAS.
  • From the year 2000 to 2004 I had the responsibility of being the LAN manager for the department in addition to my normal duties. I was responsible for the installation and maintains of the hardware and software which included installing SAS as updates became available.
  • I was also the Data Manager for the Bench Marking consortium for Current accounts, Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and Business.
  • I was the senior Fire Marshal for the Building and as part of this I had to deal with a Bomb threat.
