CHRISTOPHER RAFTER

Duntocher,Glasgow

Summary

During my time as an appointed representative of M&G WM I gained valuable experience as a financial adviser. I learned the key core skills necessary to meaningfully engage with my clients. Analytical thinking and interpersonal skills resulted in positive solutions and client retention. As I helped individuals manage their money and plan long-term financial goals I built solid relationships with all my clients.

My completion of the RQF level 4 diploma in Regulated

Financial Planning underscores my ability to grasp complex subjects and drive to further my education, as well as show a commitment to a new industry.

During my tenure at Babcock Marine Clyde, I have gained valuable experience in electrical maintenance whilst contributing to the UK Ministry of Defence's CASD objective. Working within a large integrated team, I developed a keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for compliance and regulations, skills that I believe are highly transferable to various fields. Moreover, my academic journey, which includes a BSc (Hons) in Physics and a Level 3 Engineering Maintenance (Electrical) qualification, demonstrates my commitment to continuous learning and research.
