I currently work as a Blow Moulding Technician 1 in extrusion blow moulding, creating milk bottles in various sizes for our connected dairy, and supporting other blow moulding plants within the company.
My job involves running lines of machinery, including a blow-moulding extrusion wheel, flash trimmer, leak detector, bottle bagger, visual and measurement inspection cameras, quality desk, and a computer for taking hourly and daily bottle figures, along with production reporting documentation and weights books .
