I currently work as a Blow Moulding Technician 1 in extrusion blow moulding, creating milk bottles in various sizes for our connected dairy, and supporting other blow moulding plants within the company.

My job involves running lines of machinery, including a blow-moulding extrusion wheel, flash trimmer, leak detector, bottle bagger, visual and measurement inspection cameras, quality desk, and a computer for taking hourly and daily bottle figures, along with production reporting documentation and weights books .

I have very high organised lines, taking extreme pride in my working practises promoting this practice to others where and when possible. Having this as a standard for new recruits I train when joining the company to work in a clean, health and safe manner,currently holding a Train The Trainer. Train Anything to Anyone at QLS Level 3,along with vast multi-industry training experience for recruits, helps me integrate them well into the company with well-established training techniques and a positive cooperative manner to all.

In my role at the company, I set up the line using and checking machine setup sheets as standard, changing certain parameters if required within tolerance to get the best efficiency possible for my line, fixing small mechanical problems and escalating bigger issues to management and Engineering, documenting all. When the lines are off, I do critical and safety checks along with cleaning out the machines and performing maintenance.

I liaise well with my colleagues on the shop floor Enginnering and in higher management, in afull team balance to find solutions to any ongoing problems or improvements to the process havining some of my ideas implemented and some in the pipeline .

I am a willing and reliable individual within the workplace with a constant drive to do things perfectly as much as possible when possible, helping to build a happy culture within the workplace .

I attend all team bonding nights out, enjoying the time with my colleagues outwith the workplace.

I worked in the manufacture of cell culture media for use in the biotech industry as a Manufacturing Technician II .

I worked in the finishing and quality department in a Critical Control Point .

I operated semi -operated and fully operated equipment in high level clean rooms in the plant's most technical and responsible job area Where absolute perfection in all areas of the job is required.

I was responsible for ensuring the daily requirements for the manufacture of cell culture media are met on a constant basis,balancing multiple tasks and prioritizing critical tasks. I did a lot of computer and written work as part of my job, as well as machine setups and runs,

I help my department achieve their targets and goals, being a brilliant addition to my team with great experience in theindustry, already making things easier and having a lot of ideas flowing as well as working with engineers on other things that I've noticed could improve our performance and output.

I have been extremely highly trained, as you would expect for the position I hold and the area I work in in a pharmaceutical company.

I prepare production documents such as standard operating procedures, manufacturing batch records, inventory reports, or productivity reports as part of my job.

I also inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.

I worked in a fast pace moving environment within the Warburtons industrial bread making facility in Bellshill as a Technical Machine Operator and occasional interim Team Leader

I worked within the critical control point working to H.A.C.C.P as standard practice .

My job involved the running ,setting ,loading and changing of high speed complex computer operated slicing machinery to a safe , fast, efficient, low waste, high quality standard .

I done quality ,metal and substance control checks then documentation after the product has been labelled for total traceability then use a S .A .P check ware system for weight accuracy before the finished product is sent to distribution where I was also fully trained on the checkpoint.

I keep machinery and working areas well- maintained ,complying with safety rules and regulations to 5s standard .

I was a top level 4 operator and trainer the highest achievable in the company ,

I was the trainer of all new recruits to the slicing department ,training them to my exceptionally high standards with a happy attitude and abundant people skills to ease them well to the company ,

I used my exceptional organisational skills and my leadership experience and training in world class company's to achieve this ,

I led a slicing area improvement project to identify large and small consistent problems and along with myself and a team of engineers had all of them eradicated. This aided in greater line efficiencies cutting waste , downtime and improving machine problems and safety issues to an all time facility low ,having a sound technical background helps me communicate well with engineers ,project managers team and shift leaders and all operators within the facility to help me achieve this ,bringing a new look on things if improvement can be made I try my upmost best to make it happen for everyone's sake .

My job involved acquiring and maintaining all the gym equipment mostly bespoke or matrix

I maintained cardiovascular ,resistance machines and free weight systems along with any other equipment in the gym . I examined parts closely to detect breakages and excessive wear due to misuse or equipment failures, I kept machinery and equipment operational and safe by performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance.

I Cleaned, lubricated and calibrated machinery components to maintain peak operating performance.

I worked in William Grants brand new state of the art bottling facility in Bellshill after they relocated from Paisley Glasgow .

My main purpose was to Initially help bring about a change in there working practices from multi department format to a full team working environment with open door policies and full team co operation whilst learning how to use all types of kit within a bottling line ,using my six sigma and team building style I had learned working for team building masters Motorola.

I worked running bottling line machinery being cross trained in filling machines ,labellers, cappers .case erectors, palletisers etc . I minimised production downtime by efficiently setting up machines and conducting first off checks.

I was fully responsible for my own area ,done line changes and machine resets ,machine maintenance and repair work ,cleaned my machines to high hygiene standards ,done Q,C .checks and helped my team leader in organising things out with and during production runs .

I was fully involved in line improvement projects .

I worked closely with my team to set targets ,line efficiencies and waste reduction through data driven analysis ,helped my team stay in good spirits with fun nights out and good line banter .

attended courses in Total Quality , Jack Black Mind store programme ,financial awareness, business planning , a two week management course, total hygiene and her majesty's customs and excise .

I organised our large temporary work force on our lines as part of my Key Opp duties .

I worked within a Six- Sigma team building structure in the cellular phone production facility at Easter Inch Bathgate . Initially I started as a Manufacturing Associate then later as the Test Lead, where after I was crossed trained on on all aspects of the line including high tech fugi surface mount machinery .

I excelled in the Test and Quality area as from my previous Avex Electronics experience of being a Senior Opp in the same type of role and worked in that area becoming Team lead ,testing phones for frequency ,programming and quality faults of any kind .

I was involved in the implementation of Six-Sigma quality ,working to extremely high procedures whilst using W.Y.S.E system and data base programming as standard .

I took ownership of Team metrics including Safety , Quality ,Training , Test , 5s and ISO 9001 .

I managed ,developed and motivated staff through open communications ,goal setting ,training ,merit planning and performance management ,driving all objectives and projects ,as well as being Quality and Training Co Ordinator in secondary full line role .

I worked as Senior Operator , in quality ,test and surface mount .

I done repair assembly and inspection ,stock taking ,stress chambers ,Q.C and Final Q.C ,in the assembly of pc boards for various companies mostly I.B.M for laptops etc and fitted in very well with the team .

I was responsible for all Health and Safety and the training of new team members helping them integrate as quickly and efficiently as possible with a kind happy and patient attitude .

I organised meetings for brain storming sessions to help our targets and goals and eliminate as much issues on line as possible .

I worked alongside a thermal engineer designing and creating bespoke thermal insulation matts for replacement on various pipes and boilers in the Ravenscraig Steal Mill mostly in the power station and strip mill parts of the plant ,

Started my working career as an apprentice maintenance engineer in the food industry mainly doing specialised planned maintenance in a verity of food processing factories that we had contracts for including abattoirs ,sweet factory's ,refrigeration food processing plants and many other small companies .

We done emergency call outs and inhouse refurbishments of machines etc .
