Personal Summery

I'm a compassionate and patient person with hands-on experience supporting young people and families, both as a school support assistant and as a volunteer boxing coach and youth worker. I’ve built positive, trusting relationships with young people, including those facing behavioural and emotional challenges, using mentoring and de-escalation strategies to promote confidence and personal growth.

Working with children and families is something I genuinely enjoy, as it allows me to help shape young minds and encourage them to become confident, kind, and curious individuals. I’m proud to be a positive role model and aim to create safe, supportive environments where children and families feel valued and understood.

My work as a baker at Sainsbury’s taught me reliability and teamwork, while my sales background strengthened my communication and people skills. I bring empathy, resilience, and a strong commitment to creating safe, inclusive spaces where young people and families can thrive.

Outside of work, I’m a family man who enjoys sports, movies, and days out. I bring creativity, empathy, and a calm approach under pressure to everything I do, and I'm confident using technology to support learning and engagement in fun, meaningful ways.
