Receiving and delivering products - food and beverages for our kitchen and cellar. Maintaining and keeping the stores clean. Stock control, accounting for all items of value. Arranging courier deliveries for guests. The emphasis is on delivering a premium service to guests who expect nothing less than the best.

In this role I was conducting check ins/outs, noting the conditions and compiling reports. As you are aware, a high level of detail is required to ensure the landlord and tenants have an accurate overview of the condition at the start and finish of the tenancy. I also carried out mid-term inspections. I really enjoyed this job and didn't want to leave but Hinch were taking on too many clerks - there wasn't enough work to go around and, subsequently, I could not make a living there.
