- Running three developments, one just completed (250 units, traditional housebuild and apartments), a shared infrastructure site with Taylor Wimpey in Bristol (409 units, including management and running of infrastructure budget), and a shared infrastructure site with Vistry Cotswold in Swindon (185 units, including management and running of infrastructure budget).
- Running HA contracts for all three developments including negotiation of build contract with employers agent and solicitors historically.
- Daily use of COINS to generate budgets, raise orders and pay sub-contractors.
